The Hobbit socks are finally done...
They might look a bit odd but they really do fit, wonder what that says about my feet??? These were made out of heavier sock yarn and bigger needles... now I am starting on my second pair....... real sock yarn, the skinny stuff and size #2 circular needles. Why am I doing this when you can get bags of sock at the store???? Had a couple of people ask me that today :) Does make one wonder doesn't it.K

Making a three-dimensional, functional, and FUN object from ONE long piece of string with your OWN hands.....that's a good reason for knitting your own socks.
